The business operates as a home-based kitchen in Terrace, BC, specializing in authentic Indian fast food and sweets. It plans to start small and expand into a physical store as demand increases.

Key Team Members

Owner & Business Manager (Me & my Husband)

  • Manages overall business operations, including marketing, finances & growth.
  • Responsible for Menu Development, managing suppliers and pricing strategies.

Head Chef (Myself)

  • Prepares the food, ensuring it’s authentic & delicious.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Kitchen Assistants (3rd Year)

  • Helps with food preparation & packaging.
  • Keeps the kitchen clean and organized and helps reduce ingredient waste.

Delivery Staff (Contract based/ Third party Apps)

  • Handles deliveries through services like Uber Eats and Door Dash or direct delivery.
  • Ensures timely, accurate deliveries and offers good customer service.

Marketing and Customer Support (Husband)

  • Manages online orders through Whats App, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Interact with customers online and encourage word of mouth referrals.
  • Create and share social media promotions to attract customers.

Day to Day Team Work

  • Family members help daily with cooking, customer service, and deliveries.
  • We share tasks based on what’s needed each day.
  • We’ll hire extra help when we get more catering orders or more customers.
